Not satisfied with your order? It happens! You can return the item within 10 days of receiving it.

Original and Unworn Condition
Trying on is always allowed! Just ensure that the items are unworn, in their original condition, and in the factory packaging when returning them to us.

*Tip: Trying on items in a hygienic manner is, of course, allowed. We recommend trying on the shoes on soft surfaces (e.g., carpet) to test them.

Shoe Box
Sneakers are only accepted in the original and undamaged shoebox.

Shipping Box
Send the shoebox in a separate shipping box. Be environmentally conscious and reuse the Newcop.nl shipping box.

Newcop.nl Invoice
Include the original invoice with your return. (It is included with your order)

*If the return does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted. We will contact you regarding this.

Return Costs
Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise discussed and confirmed in advance.

Refund
After processing your return, you will receive a confirmation of your refund via email within 15 business days.

*Due to high demand, the processing time for your return may take 1 to 2 weeks longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Exchange
Directly exchanging an item is unfortunately no longer possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item to us.
